Paul Terjeson, born, raised and educated in the Willamette Valley, owns an irrigated farm on the Santiam River and comes from a 5th generation Eastern Oregon wheat farm family.  

Paul Terjeson relies on an extensive background in real estate investment, property development, and project management. As a businessman, he understands the importance of value, to both the seller and the buyer, and is adept at handling complex deal structures and negotiating co-beneficial deals. 

 Paul’s natural transition from investment real estate to land based real estate happened when he partnered with 5th generation Farmer/ Real Estate Broker Steve Helms, in a few short years they have sold over 7,000 acres of farm, ranch and development land and homes throughout the state.

 Paul is certified as a Keller Williams Land Consultant, which is North America’s most influential group of land professionals, KW Luxury International Consultant, which is an exclusive, elite and sophisticated group of real estate consultants who absolutely raise the bar for service in the upper-tier home market.  Paul belongs to the Realtor Land Institute, which is a worldwide organization of land professionals that offers the opportunity to network with and market to other outstanding land specialists across the country. 

 Paul brings a diversity of knowledge and experience in Development Land, 1031 Exchange, Zoning, Construction Standards, Timber Land, Water Rights, Soils, Crops, Luxury Estates, and many other aspects of Land Investments.

 When Paul is not putting complex deals together, he is spending time with his family, coaching and playing basketball and raising money for his school district’s capitol construction projects.  He enjoys river paddle boarding, snowboarding, OneWheeling, mountaineering or any other questionable sport which could lead to gratuitous injury.

Steve is a fifth generation farmer who was born and raised on a farm in the Willamette Valley. Steve farmed for 32 years growing crops that includes blueberries, mint, row crops, and grass seed. He also has a wide array of knowledge about soils, water rights, property management, ranching and forestry. Steve has served on the South Santiam River Water Board for fifteen years. Steve enjoys working on improving his forested property and spending time at his farm in Eastern Oregon. He looks forward to serving the hard working people of the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas with their real estate needs. He uses his attention to detail and foresight to proactively address every aspect of his client’s real estate transactions. With over 20 years experience in the farming industry, Bill understands first hand what is important to you. Prior to brokering farms and ranches, Bill owned and operated a retail nursery operation/landscape maintenance business, farmed and marketed onion starts, farmed almonds in California, and was also affiliated with a large farm management company which managed and harvested almost 2,000 acres of almonds. After moving to Oregon, he then farmed blueberries and managed a large berry farm for an Oregon berry packer/shipper. His background also includes experience in the poultry and dairy industries as well as knowledge of the vineyard industry. With the experience gained while farming multiple crops and extensive knowledge of soils and water rights, you can be assured that he will appropriately evaluate a property for the highest and best use. Bill has been involved as a contractor and investor remodeling and reselling homes in Oregon. These many life experiences have proven to be essential for understanding market values for his farm, ranch and residential clients. Before everything else, Bill is forever dedicated to his wife of 31 years, their four children and their spouses, two grandchildren, and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Since 2003 Kate has been assisting families in the Willamette Valley with their Real Estate needs.
