Paul Terjeson, born, raised and educated in the Willamette Valley, owns an irrigated farm on the Santiam River and comes from a 5th generation Eastern Oregon wheat farm family.

Paul belongs to the Realtor Land Institute, which is a worldwide organization of land professionals that offers the opportunity to network with and market to other outstanding land specialists across the country.
Paul brings a diversity of knowledge and experience in Development Land, 1031 Exchange, Zoning, Construction Standards, Timber Land, Water Rights, Soils, Crops, Luxury Estates, and many other aspects of Land Investments.
When Paul is not putting complex deals together, he is spending time with his family, coaching and playing basketball and raising money for his school district’s capitol construction projects. He enjoys river paddle boarding, snowboarding, OneWheeling, mountaineering or any other questionable sport which could lead to gratuitous injury.

Steve is a fifth generation farmer who was born and raised on a farm in the Willamette Valley. Steve farmed for 32 years growing crops that includes blueberries, mint, row crops, and grass seed. He also has a wide array of knowledge about soils, water rights, property management, ranching and forestry. Steve has served on the South Santiam River Water Board for fifteen years. Steve enjoys working on improving his forested property and spending time at his farm in Eastern Oregon. He looks forward to serving the hard working people of the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas with their real estate needs. He uses his attention to detail and foresight to proactively address every aspect of his client’s real estate transactions.
